Lodi, CA 95240, Temporary Tank Closure (SR0059956) <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has reviewed the permit <br /> application (SR0059956) for a temporary underground storage tank (UST) closure diesel <br /> tank#TA0131016 at the above referenced facility dated December 18, 2009 and received by <br /> this office May 13, 2010. The permit application has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. Inert UST with 30 pounds of dry ice per 1,000 gallon volume. Please be aware that <br /> additional testing and/or monitoring to ensure that the tanks remain inert may be <br /> required by the Lodi Fire Department. <br /> 3. A printout of the monitoring panel's most current alarm history and setup immediately <br /> before power shutdown must be available for EHD inspection. <br /> 4. Any changes shall be submitted to this office for approval prior to commencing work. <br /> All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 5. Contact EHD for the following inspections at least 48 hours in advance: <br /> a. Decontamination and inerting of the tanks. <br /> b. Physical Electrical disconnection of the turbine pumps. <br /> c. Any subsequent inerting of the tanks. <br /> d. Quarterly inspections. EHD must be present to witness all quarterly <br /> inspections. Please be aware that all EHD staff time associated with any <br /> quarterly inspection will be billed at current EHD hourly rate. <br /> 6. Submit quarterly inspection reports to this office within 30 days of each inspection. <br /> 7.
