The following items need to be addressed prior <br />to permit approval: <br />1. A written monitoring response plan according to section <br />2632 of the California Underground Storage tank <br />Regulations needs to be submitted. <br />2. Please resubmit a completed Environmental Health Division <br />"Application For Underground Tank Installation Permit". <br />3. Drawing #T-2, illustration J4, indicates a 11telef lex" <br />secondary containment boot will be installed under the <br />dispensers. A cut sheet for "Buena -N11 flexible fittings <br />and reducers was submitted with the blue prints. which <br />secondary containment boot will be installed ? <br />4. Which product dispenser section configuration on drawing <br />#T-2 will be used on this project, #3, 4, or 5 ? <br />5.
