0
February 26, 2013
Mr. Aris Cacapit
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
RE: Inspection on January 28, 2013
Tesoro #68151
35 N. Cherokee Ln.
Lodi, CA 95240
Mr. Cacapit
it
As per your inspection on 1/28/2013, the documentation, photos, and statement are attached.
Monitoring Plan has been changed to reflect the noted system components that are in service at this location. A
separate monitoring plan was needed for each tank system to reflect the correct components attached to each tank
system.
Dispenser 3/4 has been investigated for the fuel filter leak. The leak is no longer present. (Photos attached.)
The liquid was cleaned from the Regular (87) and Diesel tank interstitials. The liquid was properly wiped with an
absorbent pad on a tank stick. That absorbent pad was then placed in the Solid Waste Drum on site for proper
disposal. (Photos attached.)
The documentation should be sufficient to close out the inspection, however, if there are any questions or concerns, please do
not hesitate to contact me.
Respectfully,
Steve Coulter
Environmental Compliance Administrator
Tesoro West Coast Companies, LLC
(951)538-6895
(951)880-0048 Fax
Stephen.M.Coulter@tsocorp.com
