Cherokee Ln. <br />Lodi, CA 95240 <br />Mr. Cacaplt, <br />Asper your inspection on 1/28/14, the following Corrective Actions have taken place: <br />• The Designated Operator (US Tanx) was terminated as of November 1, 2013, Service; Station Systems has replaced the <br />previous Designated Operator. <br />• On February 14, 2014,1 visited with Maria Guameili and Kris Bell In Lodi and discussed with them the correct <br />procedure to document the alarms from the previous month. <br />• As noted in the Inspection Report, all repairs were made during testing and all testing passed.
