AL ° -TN <br />INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND TANKS AT THE FOOD AND LIQUOR STORE, <br />15 EAST GRANTLINE ROAD, TRACY <br />Regional Board staff have no objections to the installation of <br />new underground storage tanks at the Food and Liquor Store, 15 <br />East Grantline Road, Tracy, providing: <br />- The Customer Company recognizes that the site is not clean <br />and that both soil and ground water contamination are still <br />present. <br />- The Customer Company understands that additional site <br />investigation and soil and ground water remediation may be <br />necessary, and that installation of the new tanks will in no <br />way interfere with any requested site investigation and/or <br />remediation by Regional Board staff and/or the San Joaquin <br />Local Health District. <br />- The Customer Company meets all San Joaquin Local Health <br />District requirements for contaminated soil treatment and <br />disposal, tank installation, permitting, and site <br />investigation and restoration. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 361-5'740. <br />GORDON LEE BOGGS <br />Underground Tank Program Coordinator <br />by Y Gary S.
