Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable <br />permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br />3. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br />4. All piping and connections shall bear an UL label. <br />5. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />6. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 to arrange inspection appointments; 48-hour notice for <br />inspection appointments is required. <br />7. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />(a) 24-hour lake test on fill sumps and spill bucket test. <br />(b) Final inspection. A final inspection must be performed prior to returning this station to operation. <br />✓(i) A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received prior to <br />scheduling the final inspection. <br />✓(ii) If necessary, a third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed and results <br />prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />✓(iii) Submit an AAs-Buill plan to EHD at the time of the final inspection. Note: A final inspection <br />will not be performed unless the as -built is submitted. <br />8. Permit expires within 90 days. Note: If an extension to the expiration date is required, a request <br />must be received in writing to this office prior to the expiration date. <br />Thank you, <br />Steven C.
