These are EHD CONDITIONS for the proposed work. <br />1 All deviations from the approved permit must be approved by EHD prior to <br />implementation. <br />2 All equipment to be installed must be compatible with product to be stored in it. <br />3 EHD requires that all equipment to be installed must be UL listed. <br />4 Dispenser pans must be tested at the end of installation. <br />5 All lines connecting to the new equipment must be pressure tested at the end of <br />installation. Precision test required at the end of installation. <br />6 Call 48 hours in advance for inspections. <br />
