t h P. <br />r �t <br />SITE HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN <br />14.0 RECORDING KEEPING <br />A. GENERAL <br />Recording keeping shall be consistent with OSHA <br />regulations in all respects. The following permanent <br />records will be maintained in the Walton Engineering, <br />Inc. headquarter offices: <br />1. Safety Inspection Reports <br />2. Personnel Exposure Monitoring Records (spiral or <br />bound permanent log books will be used) <br />3. OSHA 200 - Current to within 5 days <br />4. Accident reports consistent with the established <br />Walton Engineering, Inc. procedures <br />B. MEDICAL RECORDS <br />Permanent medical records shall be maintained in <br />confidential files by the contract physician/medical <br />clinic. The physician will supply Walton Engineering, <br />Inc. with a medical status document, certifying that the <br />personnel assigned to the project are physically capable <br />of performing their individual work tasks. <br />20 <br />
