The <br />permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 to arrange an inspection. Leak detector shall be <br />demonstrated to satisfy the requirements of section California Code of Regulation (CCR) <br />2636 (f)(2). <br />2. Allow 48-hour notice for inspection appointments. <br />Permit expires within 90 days.
