Please acquire
permits and schedule the installs. I will let the inspector know what is planned.
Thanks.
Mike Karvelot
Director of Environmental Affairs
QUIK STOP MARKETS, INC.
4567 Enterprise Street
Fremont, CA 94538
Direct: (510) 445-2285
Fax: (510) 657-1544
"Richard Walton" <r.walton@waltonengineering.com>
"Richard Walton"
' <r.walton@waltonengineering
.com>
09/30/2008 08:49 AM
Mike
To <mike.karvelot@quikstop.com>
cc "Dulcinea Webb" <d.webb@waltonengineering.com>
Subject RE: QS #138 Tracy
Attached is a photo of the 87 STP sump. The Smith termination fitting
test and drain port is facing up. We could remove the Smith termination
fitting and install a rubber boot that can be slid back from the end of
the secondary pipe like most other sites.
Richard Walton
(916) 825-3203
-----Original Message -----
From: mike.karvelot@quikstop.com[mailto:mike.karvelot@quikstop.com]
Sent: Tuesday, September 30, 2008 8:09 AM
To: Richard Walton
Subject: QS #138 Tracy
Rick,
Take a look at #16 on the attached SJC inspection report. Is the
inspector
confusing a test port for the port that allows the pipe annular space to
drain back to the sump? Or, do we need to add a drain on the bottom of
the
secondary pipe?
