Updated UST Monitoring & Response Plan is enclosed. <br />2. Last page of the Monitoring & Response Plan is the "Daily Monitoring <br />System Inspection Log" which serves as the "Alarm Log". Maintenance and <br />repair work orders are kept separately in a folding wallet at the store. <br />3. The secondary piping termini will be altered to allow drain -back from their <br />lowest point into the STP sump. See emails to and from Walton Engineering. <br />4. The failed 91 -octane spill bucket will be replaced upon receiving a permit <br />from SJCEHD. See email to and from Walton Engineering. <br />5. Water collected from the STP sumps will be properly disposed under HW <br />manifest when sufficient volume has accumulated. <br />6. Certification of Return to Compliance is enclosed. Of course, the actual return <br />to compliance will occur following replacement of the 91 -octane spill bucket <br />and modification of the secondary piping sump returns. <br />If you have any questions or need additional information, please call. <br />
