MECHANICAL OVERFILL VALVES INSTALLED IN DROP TUBES,SET TO TRIP AT 95%FULL LEVEL. 2. SERVICE PENETRATIONS TO THE PRIMARY CONTAINMENT ARE CONTAINED WITHIN SUMPS,INCLUDING FILL&VAPOR RETURN.
