Shell decided to install the INCON <br />ISD system to avoid having to bring new conduits to the dispensers, thereby eliminating <br />the UDC penetrations and the need for a monitoring system cold -start. <br />I know it's a lot to ask but I'm hopeful you'll be able to review the application and issue <br />the permit (via fax) by Tuesday, March 10th so Able Maintenance can keep this project <br />on their schedule.
