8-0 Automatic Fuel OrWring With .` Products Ordering Worksheet" An automatic fuel ordering program called the "Light Products Ordering Worksheet" has been incorporated into the EMS. This Light Products Ordering Worksheet will be printed - automatically with no operator involvement at a preset time each day (See Figure 10). In calculating this Light Products Ordering Worksheet, the EMS tracks the --average daily sales for each product. This calculated sales information, in conjunction with the current inventory levels, is used by the system to predict the "number of days supply" remaining for each product. The EMS is capable of generating fuel orders if the -"number of days supply" for any grade of fuel drops below 2.5 days supply on Monday through Thursday or 4.5 days supply on Friday. If an order is generated and Lhere are one (1) or more previous orders still pending, then the previous order(s) will appear as _"SCHEDULED DELIVERIES". There can be as many as twenty (20) orders scheduled at any one time. After generating an order, the EMS will automatically determine if additional deliveries are required and will generate up to a maximum of three (3) orders each day, if needed.
