Following is a Minor - Notice to Comply <br />violation: 106 <br />106. Monthly Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) reports and Tank Integrity Testing reports as <br />declared on the Monitoring Plan (MP) uploaded on the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) website were available for review during this inspection. Also no dialing out at the monitoring <br />panel to meet the remote monitoring as declared on the MP uploaded to CERS. The monitoring and <br />response plans must be current and approved by the EHD. Immediately submit the above missing <br />reports to EHD and upload them to CERS, or log into CERS and update the required MP information <br />and submit for review by the EHD by 09/28/2014. Maintain an approved copy on site if access to CERS <br />is not always available. Observed technician corrected dialing up for remote monitoring requirement <br />(this section of the violation has been corrected on site. <br />NOTES <br />Observed Todd Hansen, ICC Cathodic Protection exp. 3/10/16, NACE cert. exp. 11/30/14) tested the <br />sacrificial anode today. Submit a copy of the report to CERS within 30 days of test. The anode must be <br />tested once every three years. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />�HPS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANYTIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />
