The site must be brought into compliance to avoid your entire UST system being red tagged - 7 -days from the receipt of this Notice. Outstanding violations include but are not limited to the following: 1. A permit to operate the UST system (all tanks) has not been issued, in addition, permit fees have not been paid. No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system (HSC 25284). 2. Failure to comply with UST operating permit conditions (CCR 2712). 3. UST system incapable of detecting leak from primary into secondary containment (pre -July 2003) (HSC 25291(b)). 4. Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product tight (HSC 25290.1, 25290.2, 25291). 5. Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. (CCR 2712(i)).
