The permit has been approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br />applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elianna Florido at (209) 468-0343 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice is <br />required for inspection appointments). <br />• Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test (or <br />equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />• Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to backfilling. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 100 Octane tank prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. Since concrete will be broken near the 100 Octane tank, a secondary containment test must be <br />performed on the 100 Octane tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's <br />guidelines. <br />1868 E.
