Fuel deliveries can be <br /> made to the 87 octane, 91 octane and diesel tanks. The 100 octane tank and 110 octane tank <br /> remain red tagged and no fuel deliveries are allowed into these tanks. A conditional permit to <br /> operate was issued. <br /> OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br /> The 100 and 110 octane UST systems are currently out of compliance. A conditional permit to <br /> operate is being issued and may be revoked if corrections specified are not completed by July 25, <br /> 2017. The Permit to Operate will become void if the UST system(s) fails to remain in compliance <br /> with the Permit Conditions. In order to maintain the operating permit the owner and operator shall <br /> comply with the H&S Code, Div. 20, Chap. 6.7 and 6.75; and CCR title 23, Chap 16 and 18, as well <br /> as any conditions established by San Joaquin County. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> The 100 and 110 octane UST systems were found to be illegally abandoned, as noted on the Notice <br /> to Abate Immediately, issued by the EHD on April 13, 2013. The 100 octane fuel spill container failed <br /> to contain a minimum capacity of five gallons on September 23, 2013, service request SR0077716 is <br /> in the process of being reviewed to address this issue. All testing associated with annual monitoring <br /> system certification that has not been performed on these systems must be tested and pass the <br /> testing performed by a properly licensed, trained and certified contractor, this includes but is not <br /> limited to the line leak detectors.
