Also, the diesel leak detector was not tested until 6-10-2016, and is 9 month past <br />due. These tests are required once every 12 months. The next routine UST inspection and monitoring system <br />certification are due by 9-23-2016. Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />315 <br />HSC 25291(a) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre -Jul 2003). <br />HSC 25291(e): Liquid was found in the diesel SPT sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment by <br />precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed 3-4 cups of <br />of liquid from the diesel sump and returned the sensor to its proper location. Ensure that all sumps and annular <br />spaces are maintained free of liquid.
