This information was required to be submitted by 1/4/2017 . This <br /> information was received late. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written <br /> response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will <br /> be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 <br /> days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 209 CCR 2715(c) Designated operator did not inspect all required items and/or the inspection reports not completed. <br /> The designated operator failed to attach an alarm to the August 2017 designated operator monthly inspection report <br /> and failed to check that they were responded to appropriately. The 1-8: 87 Annular sensor was missing. During the <br /> monthly inspection, the designated operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month, check that each <br /> alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with documentation <br /> taken in response to any alarms to the monthly report. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly <br /> inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 301 HSC 25292.1 UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br /> The fuel filter on the left hand side of the 3/4 dispenser(looking at it)was observed dripping liquid indicating a leak <br /> with the filter. The liquid was falling outside of the the under dispenser containment(UDC) unit. The underground <br /> storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases.
