To: San Joaquin County Environmental Health632 <br />Date: June 12, 2007 <br />RE: Return to Compliance Statement <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />This Return to Compliance Statement is to confirm that the following exceptions <br />identified on June 7th, 2007 have been corrected. <br />Item#5 (CCR 2632 (b)) Monitoring Program (Monitoring & Response <br />Plan) is current and approved by local agency. The Monitoring and <br />Response plans were updated and approved by Mr. Ray Von Flue on June <br />12th, 2007. <br />Item#23 (CCR 2715) Designated Operator: (c -e) Monthly inspections; (f) <br />Employee training. Copies of Monthly Designated Operator and <br />Employee training were given to Mr. Ray Von Flue on June 12th, 2007. <br />Item#32 (CCR 2661) Permit to repair UST system. During the Annual <br />Monitoring certification of the Fuel equipment, the LLD would not pass <br />the 3 gph leak test. Herman Meyer contacted Stockton Service Station to <br />obtain permit and replace faulty Mechanical LLD. The LLD was replaced <br />after a permit was obtained (June 8th) and tested on June 12th, 2007. The <br />test was witnessed by Ray Von Flue and passed. Also, during the testing, <br />a new Hyrdostatic sensor was installed and the bracket for the UDC stand <br />alone sensor was relocated over the lowest point of the UDC. <br />Cc: Ray Von Flue <br />Cc: Joe Kehrt <br />
