In order to minimize <br />typographical errors on the Designated Operator reports, Designated Operator Sunwest has implemented using new <br />Adobe PDF forms that will force the Designated Operator to utilize a specific date format, thus minimizing typographical <br />error. <br />This should close out your items noted during your inspections.
