A log of monthly checks of the unburied single walled piping was not found on site for the months of <br />September 2012 through December 2012. For an emergency generator tank system, the unburied piping is <br />exempt from regulation if visual inspections are made each time the system is operated, but no less than <br />monthly, and a log is maintained. Immediately begin inspecting the system each time the system is operated, but <br />no less than monthly, and maintain a log of the inspections, or submit a permit application to upgrade the UST <br />system to meet Title 23 UST regulations. <br />A review of page two of the attached Designated Operator reports shows that an unburied piping inspection <br />was performed.
