List components to be repaired or replaced and attach a diagram <br />drawn to scale showing location of repairs and/or replacements. If repairing a component. describe, how this will <br />be done. The tech to determine which line is leaking, supply or return - most likely it's <br />the supply line. <br />2. Take apart the hard piping in the transition sump, clean and re -install wii•tl <br />Loc-Tite piping sealant. <br />3, Pressure test the line - schedule in advance so the COPA can inspect sarne <br />around 1 - 2 pm on the same day. <br />4. Return to service - all work done in one day. <br />Plan e - if its determined that the leak is in the flex piping. (This will be done on a <br />`second day' after failure of Plan A. <br />1. Remove the flex piping and replace with Western Fiberglass coflex, replace <br />both supply and return, <br />2. Set up for this work to be completed in one day, with the CUPA inspection <br />around 1 - 2 pm nn the same day. <br />3. Return to service .. all work done in one day. <br />4.
