Fix actions are as follows: <br />UST Report: <br />Item #14 - On 9-16-09 used absorbent pad to clean up small amount of standing fuel in <br />piping transition secondary containment sump. Placed the used pad in the 5 gallon HazMat <br />container that remains onsite for later disposal. Monitored with generator running and day <br />tank pumping, and then left system in standby mode until 10-7-09, no further leaks and no <br />fuel present in sump. See attached photos 200,202,204,205. <br />Item #22 - Recorded the release and clean-up using the Recordable Release Statement <br />supplied by you.
