5. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br />approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous <br />ones. <br />6. Contact Aris Cacapit to arrange the following inspections (a 48 hour notice is <br />required): <br />a. Verify the new sensor is properly located to detect a leak at the <br />earliest opportunity and functions normally. <br />7.
