Certifications of the technician performing the work (i.e.: ICC service tech, EBW, Franklin Fueling <br />System, Pneumercator etc.) Attached According to ICC's website, Ryan Lipert does not have an ICC <br />Service Technician Certification. Please provide the requested copies of the ICC service tech, and Franklin <br />Fueling Systems FIVIS Installation/Programming certs for this application. The technician must hold all <br />requested certs in order for this application to be approved. <br />Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br />individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State <br />License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code Council (ICC), <br />that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br />tested, repaired, or serviced; <br />d.
