Certifications of the technician performing the work (i.e.: ICC service tech, EBW, Franklin Fueling System,
Pneumercator etc.)
2. Cut sheets of the product indicating third party certification (i.e.: UL, ULC, etc.)
Under #3 Detailed description of work to be completed it lists "Checking the output relays on the tank monitors
located in Manteca and Turlock."
Under #4 List of equipment to be used (Attach manufacturer's specification sheets showing third -party
approval): it lists "Horizontal Liquid Sensors"
So, does Balch Petroleum intend to replace the annular sensor of the diesel tank. Please resubmit an updated
detailed scope of work and specific list of equipment (model # and serial # if available) to be installed to me.
Additionally have you checked to see if this EBW Horizontal Liquid Sensor LS -7A compatible with the existing
Pneumercator Monitoring Panel? Please advise.
Thank you,
Aris Cacapit, REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E.
