C0008944 <br />A complaint has been received by this office alleging that you are responsible for a public health <br />violation(s) (California Health and Safety Code, Division 20; Title 22, California Code of Regulations, <br />Division 4.5). The nature of the violation(s) is (are) listed below: <br />[ ] Waste Oil Storage [ ] Paint Spillage <br />[X] Waste Oil Spillage [ ] Solvent Storage <br />[ ] Antifreeze Storage [ ] Solvent Spillage <br />[ ] Antifreeze Spillage [ ] Caustics Storage <br />[ ] Paint Storage [ ] Other (see comments) <br />Comments: Complaint alleges "car leaking oil, about two (2) quarts on the ground where it is parked <br />every night.
