Briggs for the Stockton location. All
arrangements made on that project would apply also to this location. They are as follows:
1) U.S.A. Dig will be contacted prior to any excavation activities by the General
Contractor.
2) Soil samples will be taken and analyzed for leaded gasoline in addition to
unleaded gasoline, this is due to the fact that the station previously stored
leaded gasoline.
3) Steve Sasson of Unit 4 will be contacted regarding an over excavation plan.
4) The Contractor's safety supervisor (or site foreman) is Mr. Wayne Henderson.
5) See attached cut -sheet for the overfill prevention device -
OPW Model # 61 SO -400C.
6) All product and vapor recovery lines slope 1/4" per foot minimum down from the
dispensers back to the tanks. See notes on piping plan drawing #TP -1.
7) The piping system is a pressure system.
207 W. ALAMEDA AVE., STE. 202 • BURBANK, CA 91502 • TELEPHONE: 81 B-842-3644 • FAX: 81 B-842-3760
