These plans should also include and/or address as a <br />separate plan, the following: <br />a. A Worker Hazard Communication Program <br />d. Periodically scheduled "tailgate safety" meetings shall <br />be held to review the safety program. Attenders will <br />sign the Safety Meeting Notice. <br />e. Unsafe acts shall be stopped when discovered. <br />f.
