Installation of a new pump island cashier unit (PIC) to existing <br />electrical panel, conduit to existing canopy columns to new PIC, and saw cutting and removing of <br />concrete across to canopy as shown on site map has been completed. Amended scope of work <br />includes pulling four shielded wires through conduit in the back room for sensors #7, 8, 9, & 10. <br />Functionality of these sensors has been already verified on 7-8-09. The permit has been approved <br />with the following conditions. <br />Conditions of approval: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, local planning or building department and the San <br />Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede <br />the previous ones. <br />3. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization. (LTL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br />bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />4. Before the alarm history is cleared by the "cold start", a current printout must be <br />created and available for EHD inspection.
