REHS, RDI <br />Kasey Foley, IREHS <br />The Sat: Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ) has completed the review of <br />the permit application to install a new pump island cashier unit (KC), install on existing electrical <br />panel and run conduit to existing canopy columns .to new pIC, and saw out and remove concrete <br />across to canopy as shown on site map. The permit has been approved with the following <br />conditions, <br />Conditions of approval: <br />I , Contact the local fire departmenr local planning or building department and the San <br />Joaquin Valley Air pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EM) for approval prior to commencing work All new addenda, supercede <br />the previous ones, <br />3. All components trust be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, APT, ASTM, etc. See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table 13 for complete hot). The component must <br />bear the appropriate tnm* as required by the independent testing organization, <br />4. ,Before the ala=rm history is cleared by the "cold start", a current printout mast be <br />created and available for EHD inspection. Inspection may occur during the monitoring <br />systern functionality test. <br />S. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present= at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a, One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br />Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training frons the manufactut'er(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced; <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />
