Contact Ray von Flue (468-9848) to arrange the following inspections (a 48-hour notice <br />is required): <br />a. Diesel leak detector was verified to be functional on 12/22/08. <br />b. Verify that the replaced electrical relay functions normally. <br />6. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be <br />submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this <br />upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br />7.
