The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council "UST Service <br />Technician" certification must be onsite AT ALL TIMES when work is performed. <br />4. Manufacturer's certification of training must be presented at time of inspection. <br />5. Contact Lori Luces at (209) 468-0341 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments; a 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br />a. Leak Detector: The leak detector must be tested to verify that the device <br />detects a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br />b. Annular Sensors: Sensor must be tested in water to verify functionality. <br />6. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
