S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Jeff Carruesco, R.E.H.S. <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a routine underground storage <br />tank inspection on December 13, 2005 at the above referenced site. <br />An inspection report was issued to you along with a request for pertinent information that was necessary <br />in order to bring this site into compliance. You were required to submit this information by January 18, <br />2006. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations.
