Plot plan to show location of tanks and all associated piping. <br />4. = Striker plates or drop tube -mounted bottom protectors illustrated below all accessible openings. <br />5. / Tank cross-sectional diagram. <br />6. I Detail of tank, associated piping, excavation and cover. <br />7. - e Tank(s) and piping approved by a nationally recognized independent testing organization. [Title 23, Chapter 16, <br />Article 3, Section 2631 (b) & 26351 <br />8. - verification of product compatibility with the tank(s), piping, monitoring <br />device(s), epoxy or silicone glues, etc. <br />9. Manufacturer's iritten installation instructions for tank(s), piping, monitoring devices, etc. <br />10. f At the installation site, prior to installation, a tightness test shall be performed on both primary (1°) and <br />secondary (20) containment systems before covering. [Section 2635 (a) (3) & (4)3 <br />11. ! Tank integrity test required upon completion of installation with tank in operating condition. Test results to be <br />submitted directly to PHS-EHD from the testing company or owner of facility.
