Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elianna Florido at (209) 468-0343 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br />notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test <br />(or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />b. Since concrete will be broken near the two 87 -product tanks and the 91 -product tank, a <br />secondary containment test must be performed on the two 87 -product tanks and the 91 - <br />product tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacture's guidelines. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate UST system prior to the EHD inspection <br />and approval. <br />4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br />current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be issued <br />to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State <br />Water Board, and <br />1868 E.
