(Note that the cold start <br />associated with the installation of the ISD software does not require a permit.) The permit has <br />been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Verification that potential dispenser piping leaks drain into the under dispenser <br />containments. <br />b. Verification that the vapor recovery piping in the converted diesel fill sump will be <br />plugged at the tank entry fitting with a black iron plug. <br />c. Verification that the vapor recovery piping entering the diesel fill sump will be capped <br />with a black iron cap. <br />4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible <br />valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board <br />
