Activity Log: <br />Date/Time <br />Notable Activities <br />4-8-2014 <br />Received ER call from Gerardo Acuna (925-766-6939) who reported a 3 gallon spill which <br />EM <br />occurred during fuel transfer. No waterways were impacted, spill was cleaned up. FM 186 <br />and absorbent pads were used for clean-up Discussed the spill with Garrett Backus (Lead <br />Sr.) due to the amount that spilled a site visit is necessary. <br />4-8-2014 EM <br />Arrived onsite (5:11 pm), met with Rae, assistant store manager. Took pictures, no <br />significant staining in the area where fuel was spilled was noted. Clean-up debris were <br />placed into the onsite hazardous waste drum. According to Ray, supreme fuel <br />(approximately 2.5 gallons) spilled in and near the spill container during fuel transfer. <br />Observed one labeled 15-25 gallon hazardous waste drum inside the garbage enclosure. <br />5-23-2014 EM <br />File review, discussed the spill with G.
