Liquid was observed in the 91 turbine sump. If liquid could enter into the secondary <br />containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and dispose of properly. <br />o During the inspection the technician removed the liquid from this sump and properly <br />disposed of in to the Hazardous waste drum on site with the accumulation start date. <br />o In addition, designated operator will conduct an inspection periodically to ensure the <br />sumps are free of liquid. <br />311. The 87 and 91 line leak detectors failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors <br />shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br />o The service technician installed a new siphon jet valves, pumped fuel to remove air <br />out of the line, retested it, and they passed. <br />o Please see attached copy of the Monitoring System Certification results. <br />Please see attached copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form. <br />Please contact me directly if you have additional questions or concerns.
