Liquid was observed in the 91 turbine sump. If liquid could enter into the secondary containment by <br />precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Take the necessary precautions <br />to ensure that the secondary containment of the UST system is maintained free of liquid. During the <br />inspection the technician removed the liquid from this sump and confirmed that he would reuse it. <br />Continue to ensure that any liquid from the secondary containment sumps are removed and managed <br />properly per California Title 22 Hazardous Waste Regulations. <br />311. The 87 and 91 line leak detectors failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall <br />be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi.
