Liquid was observed in the 91 turbine sump. If liquid could enter into the secondary containment by <br />precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Take the necessary precautions <br />to ensure that the secondary containment of the UST system is maintained free of liquid. During the <br />inspection the technician removed the liquid from this sump and confirmed that he would reuse it. <br />Continue to ensure that any liquid from the secondary containment sumps are removed and managed <br />properly per California Title 22 Hazardous Waste Regulations. <br />311. The 87 and 91 line leak detectors failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall <br />be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician installed new siphon <br />jet valves, pumped fuel to remove air out of the line, retested it, and they passed. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />Inspector: `V Received Title: <br />=un ,)zr» P— ndi1oi11 Paoe 3 T INSPECTION REPOR <br />
