U <br />• 0 <br />STEP 6 <br />STEP 7 <br />STEP 8 <br />Position the insert into the boot if applicable, but do not tighten <br />the clamp. This connection must remain loose through the filling <br />stage to allow air to escape. <br />Fill the boot with either Parasealant 626, or Bostik 1100FS <br />through the fill tube with the Blueline pneumatic dispensing gun <br />until the entire cavity is full. This will ensure that the sealant <br />pushes back through the leak point and stops the leak. <br />Once the boot is full, tighten clamps and allow sealant to fully <br />cure. The sealant will gradually continue to cure up inside the <br />boot and around the flange over the next 24-48 hours. However, <br />you may start hydrostatic testing immediately as the repair is <br />complete. <br />
