Hazelton <br />Stockton,CA 95205 <br />RE: Certified Grocers <br />1990 Piccoli Ln <br />Stockton, CA <br />Gentlemen: <br />The following response program will be in effect at the referenced <br />project. <br />The tank is monitored through its secondary dry system by a vapor <br />and liquid sensor. The monitor panel will be put through its <br />test cycle e <br />The inventory reconci liation method will be performed daily by <br />sticking the tank at the start and completion of each work day <br />and recording this along with the meter reading. This shall be <br />to the Local District Office quarterly. <br />In an emergency situation the supplier, Woolsey Oil In, 209/ <br />948-9412, shall be notified -to remove all fuels from the tanks <br />involved with in 24 hour of any detection of a leak. The procedure <br />to follow will be governed by in what area a problem exists. <br />The over fill procedure is monitored by high level alarms and <br />float check valves at the vent location.
