Failing to maintain a copy of the monthly inspection record and all attachments for <br /> 4 the previous twelve months, in violation of California Code of Regulations, title 23 section 2715(e). <br /> 5 5. Defendant, in the course of Defendant's GASOLINE SALES/MINI-MART activities, are <br /> 6 pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 7 a. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25100 et seq. described in <br /> 8 paragraph 3 - 3e above. <br /> 9 b. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25280 et seq. described in paragraph 4 <br /> 10 -4m above; <br /> 11 6. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 12 ($18,000.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25299. Said payment <br /> 13 shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 14 DEPARTMENT-ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST.
