Per our phone <br />conversation this morning I'm giving you the description of work to be completed #3 due <br />to not enough room on the permit form and clarifying the Laboratory that will test the soil <br />samples taken, explanation of where the soil that is removed will be stored or taken. <br />#3) Elite IV Contractors will be removing a 3x3 section of cement located in front of <br />dispenser #9/10 to expose the piping. <br />We will hand dig to locate pipe. <br />We will cut and remove 2' of the 3" secondary pipe & 3' of the 2" primary pipe plus the <br />existing penetration to determine the leakage. <br />All Bostic at this penetration will be removed too. <br />Elite IV Contractor's will install one (1) new penetration. (LL -PL -2060 PENITRATION) <br />Install or re -install the 2' of the 3" (DUALOY 3000/I, PIPING) secondary pipe that was <br />removed. Coupling used to put pipes back together. (3" REPAIR CUPPLING-FEB-6300 <br />3" RIGID PIPE) <br />Install new or re -install 3' of the 2" primary pipe and put back into sump. (DUALOY <br />3000/L PIPING) <br />We will install one (1) 2"0" boot. (FEB -6300 SINGLE BOOT) <br />Elite IV Contractors will then test the primary and secondary. <br />#9) The Laboratory that will be analyzing the soil samples that Advanced Goe <br />Environmental will be taking is Cal Tech Environmental Laboratories. <br />Any dirt or piping that is removed will be kept on site in a HAZZMAT DRUM.
