I do <br />not understand why this would have happened, the address was correctly labeled and the <br />postage properly paid, frankly I believe that fed -ex has made an error. <br />This is a job you and I spoke about during a telephone conversation, the fees <br />supplied and the application filled out are in accordance with the direction given to me at <br />the beginning of December. This repair entails installing a new electrical penetration <br />fitting on an existing under dispenser containment box. The plans are pretty straight <br />forward and hopefully clear enough.
