Akard Street, Room 1700 <br />Dallas, TX 75202-5315 <br />DECf 2009 <br />This letter is to confirm an agreement between your agency and AT&T that there will be a delay in <br />issuing invoices and/or permits. We agree that this delay will not affect AT&T's operating in compliance <br />because of this delay. We will continue to use the current Operating Permit as valid until the renewal <br />has been issued and received.
