Have a certified contractor <br />apply for a permit to repair the spill bucket with the Environmental Health <br />Department within one business day. Obtain a permit approval before starting <br />the repair. Correct immediately. <br />Status: COMPLETED: On 7-27-09 the spill bucket was repaired and <br />successfully retested. <br />We trust that we are now in full compliance with all of the requirements that resulted from this <br />inspection.
